Privacy Policy
At ‘Holistic Pain Therapy’ (referred to in this policy as ‘HolisticPainTherapy’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We only collect the information we need to provide our services, such as your name, contact details, health information, and treatment records (including photographs or videos as part of your clinical file).
We will never sell your personal information. The only third parties we share data with are trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as Square for bookings and payments, Mailchimp for newsletters, Google and Meta for analytics, and YouTube for video content. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, but we only work with providers who take privacy seriously.
We keep clinical records for at least seven years after your last treatment, or until you turn 25 if you were under 18 at the time of treatment. Other personal information, like contact and marketing details, is kept for up to two years after your last contact with us, or until you withdraw your consent.
Like most websites, HolisticPainTherapy uses cookies and similar tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our services. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies if you prefer.

Clinical records, including photographs and video recordings, form part of your health record and will be securely stored for a minimum of seven (7) years after your last treatment if you are an adult, or until you reach the age of twenty-five (25) if you were under eighteen at the time of treatment, in accordance with NSW legislation.
Non-clinical personal information, such as contact and marketing details, will be retained for up to two (2) years after your last contact with HolisticPainTherapy or until you withdraw your consent, whichever occurs first. Once the applicable retention period expires, your records will be securely destroyed or de-identified.
International Transfers
Some of our third-party service providers (Square, Mailchimp, Google, Meta, YouTube) may store or process data in countries outside Australia, including the United States. By providing your personal information, you acknowledge and consent to this international transfer of data.
