Arthrosis

ArthrosisPain is often isolated to the affected joint and may worsen during and after movement. Long periods of inactivity and morning waking is when stiffness is most prominent. Moving around often eases stiffness, whilst excessive movement leads to Pain. Stiffness tends to worsen as the condition progresses over time and even when it eases, range of motion may not be the same.

Arthrosis can often be successfully addressed using specific Osteopressure points, with Pain potentially improving in many cases, even following first treatment. This also works when joint damage has been diagnosed. Even in advanced arthrosis, significant improvement may be noticed even when joint abrasion has been proven. Pain may originate from muscle distensions rather than joint damage. Joint damage may not cause Pain since there are no Pain receptors in joints. If this were the case, every movement would cause Pain.

With Constriction Point Stretching exercises assistance, natural balance of involved joints may be reset. Cartilage abrasion may still be present but surrounding muscles may not cause Pain anymore. By doing exercises regularly you can maintain this balance and help stop joints from being harmed.
