Hip JointPain may occur when walking, running, or engaging in activity. Pain can be located inside your hip or groin, outside your hip and upper thigh, or outer buttock. You may also feel Pain in your thigh or knee. Over time, symptoms may increase in frequency and intensity.
Pain may present as movement strain within the hip joint, or as tender spots on the outer side of the upper thigh, near the hip bone. The cause involves completely one-sided movement range of the hip joint, as well as nearly absent specific movement angle of the thigh.
These are almost without exception a consequence of one-sided movement and can often be significantly reduced within initial treatment using Osteopressure.
