Sciatica

Burning sensation or excruciating discomfort are amongst the signs of Sciatica. Pain can vary from mild ache to sharp jolt or electric shock. Coughing or sneezing can worsen it and prolonged sitting can aggravate symptoms. Numbness, tingling or muscle weakness may also be present.

According to conventional PainTherapies, Pain radiates from your lumbar (lower) spine to your buttock and down the back of your leg, feeling like discomfort anywhere along the sciatic nerve.

From our experience, the condition called Sciatica, or Ischialgia, is often misunderstood. Pain often starts from buttocks, continues along outer thigh, then goes over the knee, and in extreme cases, even over the lower leg to the foot, yet the sciatic nerve runs along the back of the thigh.

We can often drastically reduce Pain within minutes by applying Osteopressure in most cases, which suggests it may not be nerve irritation or inflammation. If the nerve were responsible for Pain, we would not be able to reduce Pain that quickly by reprogramming muscles.
