Golfer's elbow causes Pain on your elbow's inner side, potentially spreading into your forearm and wrist. It resembles Tennis Elbow but occurs on the inside rather than outside of your elbow. It is not exclusive to golfers.
This occurs due to specific muscular tension shortening caused by one-sided strain. Often Pain may show improvement for some clients within the first Osteopressure treatment. The remaining discomfort may be attributed to periostalgia (periosteum inflammation) or periostitis (connective tissue inflammation) resulting from tendon pull on muscle.
This Pain may be reducible; however, it may not fully disappear immediately. It may continue returning, though weaker each time. Several weeks may be required until the muscular situation normalises and tendon-enthesis injury (inflammation where tendon meets bone) heals.
