Tendonitis

Tendonitis causes tenderness and Pain in areas around joints. It can occur suddenly and last for days or longer. In our work we have often found it is most likely linked to sporting injuries or repetitive movements. It may also be connected to poor posture, walking habits, or joints and bones that are positioned abnormally.

Tendonitis receives frequent diagnosis; however, underlying Pain may present for different reasons. If tendonitis were actually present, it would be recognisable by rough tendon crunching when moving fingers; however this is often not the case.

Treatment may be straightforward. By applying Osteopressure, Pain may show improvement following the first session.
