Neck tension often causes fatigue, neck stiffness, or headache Pain starting from the neck. Neck Pain can cause headaches, muscle Pain, tenderness, stiff neck, arm tingling, ThroatPain, or arm weakness.
With neck tension, Pain often begins around the head, starting with mild headaches, progressing to severe ones before potentially culminating in migraines. However, these progressive stages may also be bypassed.
Often this Pain may show improvement following the first Osteopressure session. During this process, tension that over extended periods led to irritations, emotional states, or finger weakness feelings may often be released. Nerve influences, usually thought to originate in cervical spine nerve root areas, also occur in chronically contracted muscles. If this tension is released, nerves may recover and their conductivity potentially restored, often during the first session.
