Migraines

Migraines can last 4-72 hours, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound, combined with ThrobbingPain that worsens with activity. Migraines may also associate with an aura serving as warning symptoms, typically consisting of visual disturbances such as flashing lights, changes in smell, or altered perception.

Migraines represent an intensification of Headaches and are addressed similarly, though requiring more intensive therapy as muscular dysfunctions are more advanced. Migraines serve as warning signals for potential cervical spine concerns.

Observing migraine sufferers during attacks reveals they keep their heads as still as possible, as every movement results in Pain. Tension becomes so intense that movement presents risk of disc injury, though the body prevents this occurrence. Blood pressure changes resulting from compressed blood vessels in and around the cervical spine may also contribute to Pain.

Migraines may often be alleviated using the Osteopressure technique, with noticeable results often apparent from the first treatment. It may be possible to prevent migraine attacks, which often require one to two days to develop.

Observing how migraine attacks manifest clarifies the muscular system context. Unfortunately, conventional interpretation often confuses cause and effect. Muscular tension is believed to result from MigrainePain, whilst Pain actually is most likely linked to from what we have seen muscle tension.

Following initial treatment, attack frequency and intensity may subside and continue decreasing with further treatments. Naturally, migraine treatment requires more comprehensive approach than Headache treatment.
